Receding water levels due to the drought are creating hazards and extremely muddy shorelines that are limited and difficult to access. Please exercise due caution when operating your vessel and while attempting to access the shoreline by foot.
Swim beaches will remain closed this summer.
Due to Low Water Levels/Drought Conditions trailered boats will not be allowed to launch on the Lagoon. Launching is still available at the Main Launch Ramp. Hand launched water craft such as float tubes, kayaks, sailboards and stand-up paddleboards may still launch at the Lagoon Launch Ramp.
Parks hours for the next few weeks are:
Newest Stocking 1/29/15.
Do Not Run Water through your engine / motor before coming to the lake. If it is not 100% dry your boat will fail the inspection and not be allowed to launch for 7 days.
